Inversion by rotating backward
Some users prefer to invert while laying on their backsides and allowing the machine to do all of the work.
The table slowly and steadily rotates at the push of a button.
Full body stretch
Secured by their ankles, users experience decompression in every weight bearing joint.
Rotate to any angle of inversion
Interlocking gears in the motor allow the bed to be sufficiently fixed at any angle for relaxation and stretching.
Variety of exercises:
Stretch, rotate, extend, crunch, sit-up, squat
In addition to the muscle groups worked by using the DEX, users can also work their leg muscles and perform full range sit ups.
EZ-Reach Long Handle Ratchet Ankle Lock System:
Extra-long handle reduces the need for bending to secure the ankles; pressure-reducing specialty foam cups distribute body weight comfortably around the foot and heel and reduce ankle discomfort for a relaxing and secure user experience.
